Some pets may need time to become comfortable with a new device.
For the first session:
-
Allow your dog to investigate the mat while it is switched off.
-
Place the mat in a familiar and comfortable area.
-
Start with a shorter session.
-
Begin with a lower energy level.

Observe your pet's behaviour and comfort.
Never force your pet to lie on the mat.
Your pet should be free to leave the mat at any time.
HOW TO USE
STEP 1 POSITION THE MAT
Unroll the mat completely on a flat, stable and dry surface.
The mat may be placed on a suitable floor, bed or other stable surface appropriate for your pet.
Ensure the mat is clean and free from damage.
Do not place the mat near heaters, open flames or other heated surfaces.
STEP 2 CONNECT THE POWER
Connect the power adapter to the mat and plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
Ensure the power cord is positioned safely and cannot be chewed, pulled or become a trip hazard.
STEP 3 TURN ON THE MAT
Press and hold the Power button on the remote control to turn the mat on.
PULSE MODES
The mat provides two pulse-frequency settings:
10 Hz MODE
Gently press the appropriate button on the remote control to activate the 10 Hz pulse mode.
40 Hz MODE
Press the button again to switch to the 40 Hz pulse mode.
Use the setting appropriate to your device's operating instructions.
TIMER SETTINGS
The available timer settings are:
5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 minutes
For a pet's first session, consider starting with a shorter session and gradually becoming familiar with how your individual pet responds.
Never leave your pet unattended while the mat is operating.
ENERGY LEVELS
The mat provides five energy levels:
L1 → L2 → L3 → L4 → L5
L1 is the lowest energy level and L5 is the highest.
When introducing your pet to the mat, begin conservatively and monitor their comfort and behaviour.
Higher intensity is not necessarily better for every animal.
LIGHT MODES
The mat uses two wavelengths of light:
660 nm RED LIGHT
Red light is generally associated with more superficial light exposure.
850 nm NEAR-INFRARED LIGHT
Near-infrared light is a longer wavelength that can penetrate further into tissue than visible red light.
COMBINED 660 nm + 850 nm
The combined setting provides exposure to both red and near-infrared wavelengths.
The appropriate setting may depend on the individual animal and intended use.
If you are using the device in relation to an existing health condition or injury, consult your veterinarian for advice.
